Assessment 

Red Rose School was founded on the expertise and experience of Dr Sionah Lannen, a Chartered Educational Psychologist.

She has built up a local and international reputation as an independent Educational Psychologist.

Dr and Mr Lannen attend Red Rose School regularly over the school year. They are based in Scotland, where Dr Lannen undertakes Educational Psychological Assessments, including GCSE Access Arrangements, Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) and Access to Work Assessments.

Independent Specialist assessments of children and adults can also be arranged at Red Rose School.

Diagnostic assessments for Dyslexia can be arranged with our Head teacher, Mrs Gill Makinson, a qualified and highly experienced specialist of Specific learning Difficulties (SpLD).

The assessments can include GCSE /exam access arrangements, meet requirements for Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) and Access to Work needs.
